  3. It's 7 times more likely that a person with a blood alcohol level of .10 will be involved in a fatal crash, according to CDC. That blood alcohol level is over the legal limit in every state. If the blood alcohol level is .15 the driver is 25 times more likely to be in a fatal accident.
